Clinical Rigour. Complete Discretion. Measurable Results.

iWellness was founded on a simple premise: that lasting health is not built from generic advice, but from the same clinical rigour applied in hospitals and general practice — brought directly into your home, and applied to your life.

We call this Lifestyle as Medicine. Rather than treating nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, and emotional wellbeing as separate concerns, we treat them as one interconnected system — because that is how the body actually works. Every recommendation begins with objective data: physiological measurement, biomarker trends, and wearable-derived insight, rather than guesswork or trend-driven advice.

Our focus is not simply adding years to life, but adding quality to the years lived — and doing so with the discretion and attentiveness of a private clinical service, not a mass-market wellness programme.

Patrick Henry is the founder and Clinical Lead of iWellness — a clinical academic, former endurance athlete, and sub-3-hour marathon runner, with a background in pre-hospital helicopter medicine. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and holds a Master’s in Medical Education, with a specialist focus on biometrics and Lifestyle as Medicine.

Patrick has also spent fifteen years in primary care and General Practice, holding an Australian Bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate certificate in Independent Prescribing. That clinical grounding — not a fitness or coaching background — is what shapes iWellness: every recommendation is built on the same rigour used in clinical practice, applied to the questions that matter most for long-term health.

At iWellness, that clinical and athletic grounding comes together in a biometric-led approach: every plan starts with objective data — physiological measurement, biomarker trends, and wearable-derived insight — rather than guesswork. Nutrition, movement, sleep, and emotional wellbeing are then integrated into a single coherent strategy, tracked and adjusted against real numbers, not assumptions. His focus is not just adding years to life, but adding quality to the years lived.
