Meet Patrick Henry

Wellness, Conditioning & Longevity Coach

Patrick Henry is a clinical academic and former endurance athlete, having competed as a sub-3-hour marathon runner. His foundation is in paramedicine, he is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, an Associate Clinical Professor at Warwick Medical School, and holds a Master’s degree in Medical Education, with a special interest in Lifestyle as Medicine.

He is dedicated to redefining modern wellness through a balanced approach that integrates scientific rigour with real-world, lived experience.

At iWellness, Patrick brings the principles of Lifestyle as Medicine directly into the home—integrating intelligent nutrition, purposeful movement, restorative sleep, and emotional wellbeing. His work empowers individuals to make sustainable, meaningful changes that fit seamlessly into everyday life.

Patrick’s mission is clear: to help individuals understand their health through knowledge and actionable data; to optimise wellbeing; and to enhance longevity—not simply in years lived, but in the quality of life experienced throughout that journey.

He is supported by a small, dedicated team which include a Medical Consultant adviser, an Occupational Therapist researcher, a Client Manager, and Zeva — the ever-energetic Dobermann. Together, iWellness provides personalised, evidence-led support to enhance your wellness, vitality and longevity.
