Terms & Conditions

iWellness

These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which iWellness provides consultations, assessments, programmes, and related wellness services. By booking with iWellness, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

  1. Booking Fee & Payment Policy

All appointments require either full payment in advance or a non-refundable deposit, depending on the service selected.

£495 booking fee applies to first-access calendar bookings. This fee is fully deductible against any recommended test, service, or programme, unless otherwise stated in writing.

The booking fee does not include the cost of functional testing, treatments, supplements, therapies, or third-party services, which are billed separately.

  1. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment once only, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Any additional rescheduling requests are subject to approval at the sole discretion of iWellness and must be submitted in writing via email to contact@i-wellness.co.uk

iWellness reserves the right to decline further changes or to require payment of a new booking fee.

  1. Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.

Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and any redeemable session value. A £495 rebooking fee will apply unless expressly waived by iWellness in writing.

Missed appointments, unused session time, or partially delivered sessions cannot be carried forward, refunded, or credited.

  1. Late Arrival

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or the inability to proceed.

Where a session cannot be delivered due to lateness, it will be treated as a missed appointment and no refund or creditwill be issued.

  1. Non-Transferability

All appointments, booking fees, packages, programmes, and service credits are strictly non-transferable.

Consultations, assessments, and protocols are personalised to the individual and may not be reassigned, shared, or substituted.

  1. Behaviour & Communication

iWellness reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client displays abusive, threatening, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward practitioners or staff.

All formal communication—including appointment changes, cancellations, or enquiries—must be made via email to [iwellness@emailaddress].
Messages sent via social media platforms or text messaging are not considered formal communication.

  1. Health & Medical Disclaimer

iWellness provides services within a functional, integrative, and lifestyle-based wellness framework.

Services are not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a GP, consultant, or other regulated healthcare professional.

Clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their health-related decisions, including the implementation of recommendations, protocols, supplements, testing, and lifestyle changes.

  1. Functional Testing

Functional test results are interpreted strictly within the professional scope of iWellness. We do not provide medical diagnoses or prescribe medication.

Where results indicate findings that may require medical review or urgent attention, clients will be advised to consult their GP or an appropriate regulated healthcare provider.

  1. Intellectual Property

All reports, protocols, written materials, educational resources, and content provided by iWellness remain the intellectual property of iWellness, unless otherwise stated in writing.

These materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

iWellness accepts no liability for outcomes, adverse reactions, dissatisfaction, or lack of perceived results arising from participation in its services, programmes, or recommendations.

All services are provided on an “as is” basis, and no guarantees or specific outcomes are expressed or implied.

  1. Refunds, Packages & Programmes

Once commenced, multi-session packages, multi-month programmes, and concierge services are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances agreed in writing by iWellness.

Any approved refunds for unused services are issued at the sole discretion of iWellness and may be subject to an administrative fee.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
